Thank you for supporting original art. Please read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Original Artworks

All original artworks are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, and we are unable to accept returns on original works.

Art Reproductions

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its listing description, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition
• You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described

How to Request a Return

Please email us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will respond within 2–3 business days to arrange your return or refund.

Your Legal Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return items within a further 14 days. This applies to art reproductions but not to original artworks, which are exempt as unique items.

These rights are in addition to any other remedies available to you under consumer law.
